Client Registration Information

The information below will serve as your "CUSTOMER REGISTRATION" information for Credit Success Team to communicate with you. Think of it as your Account Registration information so please make sure it is accurate for us to reach you.

Legal Disclosures & Statement Of Services

STATE INFORMATION STATEMENT: Please be aware of the following rights and disclosures required by law to be disclosed to you prior to any agreement between Nuvo Legacy., and you. These disclosures are incorporated by reference into the Client Agreement. These disclosures are incorporated by reference into the Client Agreement. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

Nuvo Legacy will provide the following services on a monthly basis:

1. • Provide an Automated text message & email communication where you can easily access and observe the status of your Enrolled Accounts and copies of dispute letters created by Nuvo Legacy on your behalf

2. • Done-For-You Credit Enhancement: We assist you in creating letters, emails, faxes, or electronic communications to applicable creditors, collection companies, public record offices, and the three major reporting agencies in an effort to correct or remove errors and other items appearing on your credit reports, which you indicate are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverified
3 • Provide access to articles, information, educational or instructional videos that may help you manage your credit.
4. • To review credit profile status from the credit reporting agencies such as: Experian, Equifax and Transunion. Consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are conducted by personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or by any other form of communication during normal business hours.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS: 

If you enter into an agreement with Nuvo Legacy to provide the Services described above, you would agree to pay: 

$99 One-Time Setup Fee

$199 Per Month

Charge will apply on 15 Calendar Days From The Date Of Enrollment 

There will be a $49.00 late fee assessed for any payments received 1 business day after your due date. 

The duration of your program will depend how fast the credit bureaus and creditors respond and if they ask for other information in their responses. There is no limit to the number of letters sent out or items disputed per month. 

ESTIMATED TIME OF PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES:

Nuvo Legacy estimates that the Credit repair process should take approximately 6 - 12 months.

FEDERAL LAW DISCLOSURES: Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any “credit repair” company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.

ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES 

You, the buyer, have the right to review any file on you, the buyer, maintained by the credit reporting agency, and you have the right to receive a copy of that file as provided under federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1681t, and you may review this file at no charge if a request is made to the consumer credit reporting agency within thirty (30) days after receiving notice that credit has been denied. If you do not request to review a credit reporting agency’s file within thirty (30) days after receiving notice that credit has been denied, we may charge a total approximate fee of $8 in order for you to review your file.

1. You, the buyer, have the right to dispute the completeness or accuracy of any item contained in any file on you. However, accurate information cannot be permanently removed from the file of a consumer reporting agency.

2. Credit reporting agencies have no obligation to remove information from credit reports unless the information is erroneous, cannot be verified, or is more than seven (7) years old. 

3. Credit reporting agencies have no obligation to remove information concerning bankruptcies unless such information is more than ten (10) years old. 

4. You, the buyer, may have a right to recover under a bond or trust account established pursuant to applicable state law. Please refer below for your state’s surety bond disclosures and information.

You acknowledge the availability of non-profit organizations (including non-profit credit counseling services) that are funded by client fees, grants, other voluntary contributions from creditors that provide services similar to those offered by Nuvo Legacy. One such association, the National Foundation for Credit Counseling® (www.nfcc.org), can be contacted at (800) 388-2227. 

 

You, the buyer, have a right to file a dispute directly with the consumer credit reporting agency in accordance with the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Nuvo Legacy maintains a surety bond as required by Cal. Civil Code §1789.18. You, the buyer, have a right to proceed against the bond under circumstances and in the manner set forth in §1789.18.  

 


CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS UNDER STATE AND FEDERAL LAW: 

You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit file from a consumer credit reporting agency. You may be charged a reasonable fee not exceeding eight dollars ($8). There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. 

The consumer credit reporting agency must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. 

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information by contacting the consumer credit reporting agency directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or CSO has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, the consumer credit reporting agency must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over seven years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years. If you have notified a credit reporting agency in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file, the consumer credit reporting agency must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate information. 

The consumer credit reporting agency may not charge a fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the consumer credit reporting agency. If reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the consumer credit reporting agency to keep in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The consumer credit reporting agency must include your statement about disputed information in any report it issues about you. You have a right to cancel the contract for any reason within seven business days from the date you signed it. If for any reason you do cancel the contract during this time, you do not owe any money. 

You have a right to sue a CSO if it misleads you.

Identity Theft Addendum
Limited Power of Attorney Credit Improvement Assistance

50% Of Nuvo Legacy Clients have Experience Identity Theft in some type of way that have impacted their credit. I (The Client) Have experienced one or more of these issues and I am authorizing

Nuvo Legacy to perform any such action, within legal bounds, that will assist in the improvement of my credit. Authority to Act. The Agent is authorized to act for me under this Limited Power of Attorney as described herein.

1. Are there Multiple Names on your Credit Report that you don’t recognize (Yes)
2. Do you see any wrong Addresses. (Yes)
3. Are there any wrong employers on your credit report that you don’t recognize?
4. Do you recognize any accounts on your credit report that don’t belong to you. (Yes)
5. Is there any incorrect information on your report? (Yes)
6. Have you Experienced Creditors running multiple Inquiries that you did not Authorize for them to run on your credit report? (Yes)


CANCELLATION POLICY:

You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within five (5) business days from the date you signed it. 

Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur. 

You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau. 

If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you. 

Obligation To Pay Once Services Begin

Payment Obligation. (a) The Subscriber shall bear the obligation to pay the Service Fee of $199 to

from the day when
Nuvo Legacy
starts to provide the Subscriber with the following services pursuant to this Agreement. (See Section: Services on Monthly Basis)
